Sydney West Sports Medicine is a leading sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic in the Western Sydney region. Conveniently located within the renowned Sydney Gymnastics and Aquatic Centre at Rooty Hill, our team has access to a range of excellent facilities allowing us to provide superior services to improve the health, wellbeing and sporting abilities of athletes, injured workers and everyday individuals in the local community.
After an initial consultation, we understood that Sydney West Sports Medicine was looking to refine its digital strategies to better utilise not only its social channels but also its email list. We identified the potential need for community management and creative content to negate any reliance on the in-house staff thus ensuring consistent, authentic, professional and premium content is frequently gathered and that social media platforms have consistent activity and engagement. Leading to organic growth and community awareness. This would include the set-up and management of YouTube - Client Success stories, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
It was also identified that minor website changes were needed, we discussed the primary goal here is to enhance the user's experience as it feels very content heavy and doesn't have the desired flow.
The primary function of the site is to convert visitors into email subscribers or make for an easy process to book an appointment bringing their business in line with competitiors.
